I'm a Sarajevo-based product manager and product designer with five years shipping digital products — from discovery and scoping through to what actually gets built.
I've run product end to end in two worlds: in software, managing CareHarbor from zero to launch in five months while designing every screen myself; and in the real one, founding a tour business and taking it from 56th to 6th on Viator in six months. Different mediums, same job — study people, decide what matters, ship it.
The rest is range: I still guide travellers through the Balkans and paint, and both keep me close to the people products are built for.
Product-managed CareHarbour from zero to launch in 5 months — owning scope, stakeholder alignment, and requirements — while leading design across Kitchen CoPilot, Blyssed, and AutoFix, from discovery to developer-ready handoff, partnering directly with the CFO and CTO on product direction.
Led design for Catawba Corp and FLUENT — defining user flows, building design systems, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes. Both engagements earned top client ratings.
First full-time UX role. Built design systems from scratch and led design on D1 Technology, Apotekamo, Workamo, Hubbster, and NEM alongside product and engineering teams.
Leading tours across Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkans, working with Happy Tours, Intrepid, and Approach. Creating and curating experiences for local travel agencies, building on the legacy of the original agency.
Founded and grew a tour agency in Sarajevo from 56th to 6th on Viator in 6 months. Created 4 brand-new experiences rooted in local customs and cuisine, with a team of 5 and tours in multiple languages.
First step into tourism. Created tours and packages, managed bookings, and helped build the team's reputation within Sarajevo's tour scene.
Product is the day job. The rest is range — walking travellers through the Balkans, painting, and diving after a volleyball. All of it keeps me close to the people products are built for.
